    In mid-January 2022, an employee at TICC was symptomatic and tested positive for COVID-19. The other TICC employees had been exposed. The U.S. Forest Service employees began following reporting responsibilities to the National Forests and Grasslands in Texas (NFGT) Leadership at the Supervisors Office (SO). Due to the January 2022
    agency quarantine requirements, the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) was placed in motion by putting the
    backup dispatch area into operation.
