Description:
The Tiger Creek fire was declared October 1st from the Tiger Creek prescribed fire which was ignited on September 30th. A CIMT was ordered to assist with containment. The wildfire was contained at 534 acres with a total cost of about 10 million dollars. On October 22, 2024, a Declared Wildfire Impact Analysis was completed, which resulted in the determination that a Regional Level Review was needed due to the high cost of containment.
